Hello

I’m a lecturer, researcher, and multimedia producer from Brazil, based in Northern Ireland.

My research and creative work focus on bringing people together through participatory filmmaking, archives, and community storytelling. I'm especially interested in how creative media can help us connect with history and heritage in fresh and meaningful ways.

I teach on the BA Screen Production and MA Film & TV Production courses at Ulster University, having previously taught on the university’s Derry-based BSc Cinematic Arts programme. I’m also the co-founder and director of the Rathmullan Film Festival.
